The concept of Tivoli Wine & Spirits is not to fill our shelves with every flavor and brand of alcohol sold, but instead furnish them with the best of what our customers want. How do we know what our customers want? We ask them!
Once we know what our customers want, we search the world’s supply. At least three members of our staff taste-test every product before it goes on the shelves. Sancerre from France, a Nebbiola from Italy, a Rioja from Spain, a Malbec from Argentina, a Pinot Noir from California, a Riesling from Germany, a Bourbon from New York, a Sake from Japan, a Gruner Veltliner from Austria, a Vino Verde from Portugal? We serve the community and that means supporting local winemakers and distilleries wherever we find their products high in quality and value. Just like our non-local wines, every product is taste-tested before being put on our shelves.
Organic Wines
We carry organic wines because we believe in supporting organic winemakers. The grapes are grown without artificial fertilizers, chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides and generally are lower in sulfates.
